David Wilson Homes East Midlands (‘David Wilson Homes’) is delighted to promote the residential development of Land North of Kilby Road, Fleckney. An outline planning application is currently being prepared for the Site, with the aim of securing planning permission for the development of around 170 dwellings, consisting of a mix of market and affordable housing along with publicly accessible open space.

David Wilson Homes wishes to engage with the local community to present the development proposals for the Site and seek your views prior to submitting an outline planning application to Harborough District Council (‘HDC’) in the coming weeks.

David Wilson Homes is keen to engage with the local community and other stakeholders before finalising the proposals and submitting an outline planning application in the coming weeks.
